Newman's academic excellence is a long tradition. There is going to be academic rigor in whatever you choose to pursue at Newman University, but the faculty will do all that they can to make sure you're successful. We say we deliver a degree of difference and it becomes in focus with our graduates out in the workplace. They're just sought after, especially in the health care areas. I think our alumni base are very diverse. And they tend to be the leaders in their organizations. And so just from that perspective, they have a different view of what work is. And I think although, you know, any students really, when they're getting out to the workforce for the first time they're doing entry level things, probably, but they're really already geared toward those connections to have a path that takes them further. And I think that's a real big difference for our students. When we talk about Newman's degree of difference, it is going out and making a difference with your education. Your education, as our students find out when they come to Newman isn't for themselves, it's for them to take out and change the world.
